I would like to start by saying just how grateful I was for Johnae! She made the process so simple and less stressful for me. I was injured at work 2yrs ago and was on long term disability through my company disability. It took four months to receive my short term disability payment and three months for my long term disability payments to start. I got frustrated and contacted Galloway Jefcoat and spoke to RJ. A few days later RJ called me and asked me to come in and speak with Rusty. I was pleasantly surprised after the first visit, I felt as if I had known him all my life. Kimberly Souriyakhamphong is amazing! She makes the law so easy to interpret by breaking documents down into layman’s terms for the ease of understanding. She is also very efficient and empathic regarding the situation that she is handling. I definitely will be recommending her to others!
